The cottage, facing south, totally renovated, offers a surface of 110m2 and is made of two bedrooms with beams, one with a bed of 160 x 200 and another with 3 beds 90 x 200. A kitchen, dining room fully equipped, separate lounge with TV, wireless internet, chairs, a sofa- bed 2 places and a regular sofa, a vaulted bathroom with a large italian shower and 2 sinks, separated toilet. All furniture and objects have been carefully chosen, you will find a warm, intimate and personal place. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace, a garden, a pergola with mist, a table, chairs, iron sofas wich are perfect during the afternoon for naps ... the car park is in front of the house. The cottage offers an enclosed space, perfect to store bikes, canoes, etc. ... We provide organic cleaning products in reasonable amounts (laundry, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid), there are quality products and protect the nearby river. In St Jean de Maruejols (2kms away), you will find all the first necessity products such as pharmacy, bakery, butcher, small supermarket, tobacco ... In Barjac; you will find a supermarket with a gas station,restaurants, body shop... St Ambroix offers all of that. We will give you the dates and locations of nearby markets, knowing that you must go to Uzes on Saturday morning. The reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 40 % of total rent, and the balance by check must be received one month before you give back the keys The day of arrival, a deposit (not cashed) of 700 € will be requested by check and mailed back within 10 days after the rental start The reservation is considered acquired when the tenant has returned the signed rental agreement.
