I wish to go on holidays on the Basque coast in two months. I am looking for a home for my friends, my other half and myself, as well as our children. I had already searched out and found beautiful properties but they were already all booked.
Therefore I decided to use MY AGENT by Charm & Tradition so that they search a property for me. Since it is a free service, I have nothing to lose.
I submitted an application to the website and I rapidly received proposals of available properties at my dates. The landlords presented me their residence by email and I could easily carry out my selection thanks to their mini website on www.charme-traditions.com. When I finally picked a choice, I immediately deactivated my application in one single click. As a result I stopped receiving proposals.
This service is simple and effective; I heartily recommend it! The bonus is to have been able to do everything by Internet, because I did not wish to be contacted by phone.

Since I am ill-at-ease with Internet, I organised everything by phone. I first called MY AGENT to explain what I was looking for and to precise I wished to be contacted by phone only, since I do not dispose of Internet.
I was contacted by very pleasant landlords who gave me the entire required information. In the end I did not select any bed and breakfast proposed by MY AGENT but I know I will go through this service to find a B and B.

Is MY AGENT simple to use?
MY AGENT can be defined in four steps: you submit an application via our website or by phone and Charm & Traditions broadcasts it to landlords. Then you receive proposals and answer to those you are interested in.
How to write the best possible application?
It is important for us that you give a maximum of data like the type of stay—family weekend, sport or relaxation vacation—your dates, the desired region(s), the number of people and the budget. Nevertheless if you have no precise idea, please indicate at least the type of stay you wish.
Can I submit an application to MY AGENT and continue to search by myself on the website?
In order to optimise your chances we advise you to fill in the online application form and to search on the website in parallel too. You could find the property you want in one or the other case.
Do I have to answer to all offers I receive from landlords?
You do not have to answer; you can respond only to offers you are interested in.
May I submit several different applications within one same form?
Yes you can submit as many applications as desired within one same form. You can choose your destination(s) by region or by département and register them by using the ‘Add this destination’ button.
Does Charme & Traditions book for me?
We can not book rooms for you; our role is to transmit your request to our catalogue of owners—who will contact you or not—but then it is up to you to choose and book a room.
I submitted an application but I have not had any answer so far; what can I do?
This may signify that your application is not precise enough. In this case, polish your research and give more details into the form. Try to tick more destinations too.
Can I deactivate my application whenever I want it?
