Villa Revedemer - Loctudy

You will find a guest bedroom for one or more nights in an exceptional surrounding !



Full of flowers garden with direct access to a south beach, quiet.



You could either come all alone, in couple, with friends or children



There are 3 bedrooms which are all with view over the sea, a very large bathroom and separate WC. A bathroom with another WC.



You will appreciate the breakfast with regional products, homemade, in the dinning room or on the terrace in front of Iles Glénan.



3 guest bedrooms, south, view over the sea on the Glenan isles in a house in which the garden has got a direct acces to a sandy beach (no danger for children). The bedrooms are decorated with care.

The bedroom is large with a big shower, very big bathtub, washbasin, hairdresser; the toilets are separate. The breakfast with regional products or homemade(pancakes, far, marmelades, kouign) will be served on the terrace just in front of the sea if the clients desire. The only noise will be the one from the sea and the birds. Loctudy has got a mild climate. This is a village of 3500 inhabitants which has got fishing harbour, plaisance port, several beaches, Roman church, sailing school, tennis, parties room....

Geneviève who has been living there for more than 20 years could give you some advice about hiking, sports, restaurants, going outs...so come and you'll see that you won't be let down.

Ideally situated to hold sway over Brittany (la torche, Penmarc'h, Crozon,Douarnenez , Audierne) or around Bénodet and its thalasso, its casino or its golfe of 27 cups. Pont Aven, Concarneau...









THE COTTAGE :



A large room (around 35m²), independent access, groundfloor, glass door entrance, (shutter then net curtain), lighting by two big « Velux » roof lights (blackout blinds, then net curtains).





Bedroom area sparate with thick curtain, with a double bed 160, bedhead, hairdresser, chair, cherry-wood wardrobe and large and ancient chest.



Lounge/dinning room area with a small library, a bed one person used as a sofa, coffee table, round-table in glass and 4 bedrooms in cushion, two dish lockers, tv, armchair.





Coin cuisine avec evier, eau chaude, plan de travail, cuisinière gaz, frigo, lave linge, four micro onde, cafetière, bouilloire ...

Kitchen area with sink, hot water, kitchen worktop, cooker, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…



The bed and toilet linen are provided as well as tea towels and table napkins, tablecloth and sets…



The bathroom and the private wc are in th emain house. You have to walk 5 min outside in order to get into (likewise for the groudfloor). We will borrow you some bathrobes.









Dans le jardin qui descend directement sur la plage , vous aurez un coin tranquille avec salon jardin , chaises longues et barbecue à disposition , parasol . Avec la mer et la plage en gros plan...



In the garden that goes directly to the beach, you will have a quiet area with furniture garden, deckchairs and barbecue at your disposal,







Location de samedi 17h à samedi 10h. Voir pour autres horaires ou séjours plus courts avec moi.

Renting from Saturday at 5pm to Saturday 10am. For other hours or shorter stays contact me.







Tarif 2011 : de 320 euros à 450 euros pour 2 personnes suivant dates . Personne supplémentaire 100 euros. Pour jeunes enfants gratuité se renseigner. Menage possible 30 euros.

A deposit of 300 euros will be asked as well as the payment of the week at the surrender of the premises.







To book, a deposit of 150 euros per week is asked.





Dogs, our friends, are unauthorised (forbidden on the beach) and it is banned to smoke in the cottage…thank you.
