When entering " Val de Drôme" the property is ideally located in the very near Vercors, Ardeche,and the Rhone route.



In the heart of the Brézème vines and orchards of peaches and apricots, calm and serenity enable you to enjoy comfort and cosiness of this house from the "Drôme region" which has been recently restored.



With an independant access through the courtyard and a communication through the large living room, the guesthouse is composed of two twin bedrooms with both a private terrace with a view over the garden.

These bedrooms have a bathroom with bath tub.



Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, very familial ones thanks to a mezzanine which can accommodate up to 2 children.

These bedrooms have a bathroom with a large shower.



The fifth double bedroom gives an impression of a romantic atmosphere: the bathroom has an opening through the bedroom.



Every bedroom is around 40 m² and has separate toilets. They are all with air-conditionning and equipped with a satellite television, an Internet access and an additional TV with DVD recorder for the children on the mezzanine.



You can take your breakfast whenever you want, next to the chimney corner in the big living room or under the shade of a lime tree in the courtyard, according to the season, and always with home-made marmelades.



As the season go by, the guest table proposes you an inventive and delicious cuisine around regional products and vegetables.



The greedy winters enable you to discover the local richness in the Drôme region and under the sun a touch of exoticism highlights these moments of friendliness and meetings...
