La Villa Premayac - Blaye

In the century before our era , BLAVIA (Belli Via) was a very important Gallo Roman city where the worship of APOLLON and MITHRA used to take place, exactly where the current citadel (listed by the UNESCO) is.



The Villa PREMAYAC:



"PRE" (is a French suffix that means : property/field/house) + MAYAC de Magnius, owner of the villa(maybe de Magnius Décimius Auzone 310-394, Bordelais rector)



The current MANSION HOUSE which makes you think about GIOTTO fresco as well as florentine houses, dates back to the XVII and XVIII centuries.



The 5 bedrooms are all in the most ancient part of the Villa. You can enter through a romantic garden with a luxuriant vegetation. Each bedroom is different and all have a divinity name: ATHENA , CERES , DIANE, APHRODITE and MORPHEE. The bathrooms are large with bath tube of angle and their plumbings are in gold and chromium.



A sweet wake up in the morning thanks to a breakfast served in a calm room facing a Roman garden. A teapot is at the hosts disposal with all the necessary to enable them to prepare tea , coffee , herb tea. A fridge with fresh drinks.
