L’auberge Des Côteaux De Gascogne - Saint Lary Boujean

On the locality of Boujean, a small municipality of Saint Lary Boujean, by arriving at the railing, you can see only two big stony buildings. Then, by penetrating into the alley which separates them, you discover a majestic, typical house of Comminges, built in 1880, which seems smiling to the South and to open towards the chain of Pyrenees.



We are in the heart of the green and hilly countryside of the foothills of the Pyrenean chain it is the ideal place for the nature lovers who hesitate between the mountain and the countryside.

The house was recently renewed with authentic and natural materials with a constant concern of the environment: brick-built walls, lime or cob. All the skeletons in oak are visible. The woody grounds or authentic terra-cotta confer on the inn an atmosphere of character and tradition.

Spacious guest houses with soft warm color. The suite opts for the space and for comfort. We gave the priority to whites, creams, or in natural and warm colors. In the dining room, the buffet is put up so that you dined in front of the immense chimney of farm which spreads a beautiful golden light. The cooking is a mixture of regional tradition and creativity.
