This place was superb. It's down a private 1 km track through forest and fields. You then reach a stunning chateau adjacent to the accommodation a renovated coach-house. The full size pool table in the hallway gave away the fact that this place was special. The madaleinene suite we took was beautifully decorated and appointed with a mezzanine floor and great furniture. The suite was behind two door from other rooms so our noisy children will not have been heard by other guests. The pool at the back, lovely grounds, very friendly welcome and pleasant breakfast in a kitchen available for our own use was the icing on the cake. We could have stayed for a week (as could many others judging by comments in the guest book). What a find, we'll go again and again if we get chance Thanks for introducing us to it! The website ad doesn't do it justice hence question 2 gets a 4!

Excellent
Warm welcome. Homely but private, well designed and arranged rooms, with additional access to indoor heated swimming pool and some Gym equipment. Other extra facilities are a small kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities, and a very comfortable guest sitting room. Breakfast was good.Easy access from the N10 and Peage road, as well as to Chartres.
