The owners will know how to help you discovering this rich country in the heart of the Triangle, Reims, Troyes and Nancy. Moreover they will be pleased to help you among the various activities that you can practice: fishing, walking or mountain biking, you want to going down the Marne in the summer or the Saulx canoeing, bird watching the species of Der's birds...



Our region is very rich, not only from the geographical point of view but also for the geologique thanks to the first coasts of the Paris Basin chalking alongside the immense plains and the green valleys of the Marne, Blaise and Saulx.



The contrasts are infinite: the coloures of the plain cereals stand against 5000 hectars of forest and 4800 hectares of water: this is the Lake of Der.



In order to realize the biggest artificial lake of Europe, 3 villages have been drowned.

5 bedrooms are set up into the owner's residence, every bedroom has a bathroom and a private toilet. A reading room and a reunion room are at the disposal of the guests. Terrace and parking inside a closed court.







For breakfast, you can wake up early or late and find happines from 8 to 10 h, you can have tea, café, chocolate and infusion, bread and pastries along with homemade jams. Our prices include night and breakfast.







Our prices are all included and the tourist taxe is included too, perceived by the union of the DER for anyone staying in the country of Der.







You will get the guest card at your arrival, it entitles you to certain benefits, you need to ask once there.
